Hi all, I am new to this page, but not new to the FB page. I see many comments on the FB page from people who are clearly struggling with anxiety; understandable in these confusing times. I don't want to thrust myself upon anyone as a therapist, but would love to understand what people are looking for by way of assistance with their mental health? How can we help? What do you need? I am genuinely interested as, currently, I feel that I'm not doing enough to help. I'd love to hear your comments. Take care, Siobhan.
