We are in unknown territory and there's no blueprint for how to deal with this.
It can trigger lots of anxiety, fear and stress as well as feelings of hopelessness.
Whilst we might have little control over our external circumstances right now, we can learn some ways of coping that can help to ease our anxiety and stress.
